Beer List as of April 11
* Denotes beer served in 13oz tulip glasses. All others served in 19oz pint glasses
A unique take on a scottish wee heavy, this ale has a wonderful malty body, balanced with a generous 'dry hop' of oak soaked in irish whisky for 48 hours. This lends a wonderful tannic and slight smoke to the finish. ABV 6.8% IBU 25.
All the big hop flavor and aroma you’d expect from an IPA, showcasing mango and passion fruit flavors and aroma from Citra hops. Finally, this IPA is made so that the bittering won’t linger too long, so you can enjoy that next sip – just right, an IPA that’s hoppy, but balanced at the finish. ABV 6.6%, IBU 76
Steam Engine Vermont IPA*
A new favorite, this is a stylized northeast hazy IPA fermented with a special vermont yeast blend. 'Dry hopped' during primary fermentation, but with a sweet malty body, this is a juicy and refreshing IPA - easy to drink with a super clean finish. ABV 6.7%, IBU 45.
Pitbull English Brown Porter
A classic english brown porter, this dark ale is closer to a southern english brown in appearance but the flavor is much more complex. This ale has a mild roasti-ness and chocolate, reminiscent of a porter, but with nutty and toffee notes one would expect in a brown. Well balanced and light, it's perfect for summer. ABV 4.8%, IBU 18.
Belgian Bliss Monk's Brown Ale*
This beer starts out as a bold Northern English Brown ale recipe but is then fermented with classic Belgian Abbey ale yeast. The finished ale is wonderfully smooth and complex with caramel maltiness and Belgian flavors. ABV 6.5%, 25 IBU
Honey, I'm All Spiced Up Brown Ale*
Our seasonal brown has it all! Honey, allspice, cinnamon and orange peel, complimenting a well balanced chocolate and malty body. This ale comes in at 10% ABV but goes down smooth. It's the perfect drink for the holidays. ABV 10.5%. IBU49.
Broadway Pale Ale
Our west coast american pale ale is generously hopped with amarillo and zythos hops in both the boil and during 'dry hop'. This ale is refreshing and hoppy yet with sufficient malt character to balance it all out. ABV 5.8%, IBU 44.
Salty Dog Coffee Porter*
Dark, comforting and present our Robust Porter was a great choice as a foundation for this release. Infused with 10 gallons of cold brew coffee and a touch of sea salt to lessen acidity. ABV 5.1%, IBU 25
A classic franco-belgo saison with hibiscus flowers both in the boil and as a 'dry hop'. With a vibrant pink hue and refreshing body. This is the perfect Sacramento summer ale. ABV 6.9%, IBU 23.
Slightly tart and wonderfully complex. This farmhouse ale has a delicious “funky” character brought in from the wild Brettanomyces, as well as a great cracked-pepper spiciness found in traditional Saison. ABV 5.6%, IBU 20
Ropeswing Cream Ale
Don’t let the style name fool you this is a light drinkable beer with a crisp finish, perfect for a day on the river. Similar to a light American lager. ABV 4.4%, IBU 18,
Rye I Oughta*
A unique style - this bock is our first lager. Great body balanced with a generous 'dry hop' and conditioned over oak, this lager was brewed as a collaboration with the 'pink boots society'. Celebrating woman in the beer industry - in particular Judy, our resident 'dame of publicans'. We are proud to present 'rye i outta' bock. ABV 7.7%, IBU 25.
Coconut Coffee Porter*
Dark and comforting, our Robust Porter is a great foundation for this special release. Infused with 'naked roasting's' single origin house coffee and a bit of sea salt to lessen the acidity, we added a generous compliment of toasted coconut as a 'dry hop'. We are happy to share this fun and experimental brew year-round. ABV 6.3%, IBU 27.
